User Service Agreement (Terms of Service)
Welcome to IFY. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our platform. By registering an account, investing, or otherwise using the Platform you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform / We / Us: IFY and its services.
- User / Investor: a person who registers and uses the Platform.
- Product / Investment: an investment package offered on the Platform.
- Manager: the dedicated account manager assigned to investors.
2. Eligibility & Account
To create an account you must be 18 years or older and able to form legally binding contracts. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent platform limits is prohibited and may result in suspension and loss of access.
3. Registration & Verification
We require accurate information at registration. We may request KYC/identity documents. Accounts failing verification may be restricted from investing or withdrawing funds.
4. Investments, Returns & Withdrawals
Product pages state the expected daily income, distribution schedule, eligibility, minimums and withdrawal windows. Returns are estimates and not guaranteed. Withdrawals are allowed during the specified windows and are subject to verification and processing times.
5. Manager Assignment
After you become an official investor in a Product, a Manager will be assigned to support onboarding and investment-related queries. Managers act on behalf of the Platform for communication and support.
6. Fees & Taxes
Fees (if any) and any withdrawal charges will be disclosed on product pages or during withdrawal. Investors are responsible for any taxes on returns according to local laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- No multiple or fake accounts.
- No fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform.
- No abuse of referral programs or manipulation of systems.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, or legal requirements. Outstanding withdrawals may be processed per applicable policy.
9. Risk Disclosure
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By investing you accept these risks.
10. Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be raised with our support. Unresolved disputes may be brought before courts in Dhaka unless otherwise agreed.
